In his work he uses a broad knowledge and experience in the field of psychology, particularly in the areas of body language, emotions and human behavior, as well as the development of personal and social relationships.

He is the founder and managing partner Broad-Reach (from 2003, www.broad-reach.eu).

He serves as the member of the management board of European Space Foundation (www.spacefdn.com). Responsibes in particular for the project Baltic Challenge (www.balticchallenge.eu), associated with the development of robotic technology, and processing of satellite data for the exploration and exploitation of underwater space. Also he acts as a supporting member of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems, involved in activities related to projects of robots and remotely operated underwater vehicles.

As a volunteer advises the beneficiary of the foundation Ashoka (from 2015, poland.ashoka.org) and also works for Foundation for Development of Polish Regatta Sailing "Regatta Sea" (from 2015, www.regatymorskie.com).

Cooperated with the publishing house Business Dialog (2009-2016, www.businessdialog.pl), engaging in activities related to the exchange of knowledge and experience in projects for managers of companies. Co-organized a series of open meetings on topics of social-business Ideas-Reenactment, earlier as Demosthenes Meetings (2012-2015, Idee-Rekonstrukcja, Spotkania Demostenesa).

He graduated from the University of Technology in Wroclaw (1991) in the field of machinery and vehicles, and the postgraduate studies of marketing at the University of Economics in Wroclaw (1993). He also completed a lot of professional training in psychology, business, organization, sales and negotiations.

For over twenty years he has worked for consulting, information technology, banking and FMCG companies. He was involved in market analysis and marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and led the branding and activities related to business development.

He has several years of experience in the position of Member and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of capital group listed on the New Connect WSE, supported the creation of the company's strategy and the development of product and services.

Was active as a member of the Chapter of the Marketing Strategists Club (2012-2015), and was a Member of Expert Council of Center of Dialogue and Analysis Thinktank (2012-2013), and an adviser of international Association EuroCloud Poland (2013-2014), for which was carried out activities in the field of public affairs and lobbying. Has also conducted workshops on communication, presentation, PR and CSR for Marketing Communication Academy (2012-2014).

Privately he is interested in cinema and literature of history, fact and science-fiction. Actively practices sailing and swimming, as well as runs, walks in the mountains and ride a horse. Plays  the guitar and performs poetry sung and shanties.
